Der US-Comicmarkt wurde bereits am 13. August 2014 mit diesem Hardcover-Set beliefert. Der Buchmarkt erhielt es hingegen erst am 26. August 2014. Nachfolgend eine Einzelansicht eines der drei im Boxset enthaltenen Deluxe-Hardcover.
