…oder besser gesagt „Der neue Star Wars-Comic“ im Singular, denn abgesehen von dem bereits hier angekündigten Auftakt der Miniserie Shadow of Maul, zu dem uns nun weitere Metadaten vorliegen, erscheint im März kein weiteres Heft bei Marvel. Immerhin wurden für spätere Termine mehrere neue Sammelbände vorgestellt, die es weiter unten zu entdecken gibt. Frohe Feiertage!

Willkommen auf Janix, ein neonleuchtendes, schattenreiches Labyrinth von einem Planeten, der jenseits vom Einfluss des Imperiums liegt. Obwohl man über die bereits enthüllten Variantcover von Aka und Björn Barends hinaus noch keine weiteren zeigen kann, können wir zusätzliche Varianten von Dan Panosian (auch als Virgin-Version) und Elena Casagrande (zum Women’s History Month) neu ankündigen. Außerdem wird es ein Photo Variant geben.
Sammelbände
Für April vermelden wir vier neue Sammelbände jüngerer Veröffentlichungen. Mit dem Abschlussband von Jedi Knights und der kompletten Miniserie Han Solo: Hunt for the Falcon sind zwei kürzlich abgeschlossene Reihen erstmals in gesammelter Form erhältlich. Außerdem bekommen pünktlich zum kommenden Kinostart von The Mandalorian and Grogu die Comicadaptionen der ersten beiden Staffeln eine Neuauflage als einzelner, gemeinsamer und umfangreicher Sammelband spendiert. Im selben Monat erscheint außerdem mit Star Wars: Visions ein Sammelband der drei One-Shots zur Anime-Serie, aufgefüllt mit der Peach-Momoko-Geschichte aus Darth Vader: Schwarz, Weiß & Rot. Im Juli erscheint schließlich für Nostalgiker ein Omnibus der alten Comicstrips in zweifacher Ausführung.
